Who we are
Inbox Bison provides outbound email infrastructure. This policy describes what data we collect from customers using the Service and how we use it.
Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, billing address, payment method (processed by our payment provider).
- Infrastructure data: the domains, inboxes, and DNS records we provision on your behalf.
- Operational metadata: sending volume, bounce rates, and reputation signals used to operate the Service.
- Usage data: standard web analytics (page views, referrer) to improve the product.
We do not read or store the content of the emails you send through provisioned inboxes.
How we use data
To operate the Service, provision infrastructure, respond to support requests, bill for the subscription, and improve product reliability.
Subprocessors
We use Microsoft Azure and Google Workspace for infrastructure provisioning, a payment processor for billing, and standard cloud hosting for the dashboard. A current list is available on request.
Retention & deletion
Account data is retained while your subscription is active and for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing support@inboxbison.com. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have rights under GDPR.
